Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

At Totals Inventory Professionals, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Work Environment:

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.

Language:

English.

Hours:

40 hours per week.
