"}, {"li": "Coordinate with major capital program initiatives of other departments

", "p": "We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in architecture and capital program development.
", "ul": [{"li": "Bachelor\u2019s degree in architecture with significant planning experience
"}, {"li": "Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural systems assessment, planning, design, and specification development
"}, {"li": "Minimum 6 years of experience in capital program development and implementation
"}, {"li": "Current knowledge of building codes, occupational health and safety regulations, and ASHRAE standards
"}, {"li": "Ability to effectively prioritize and address simultaneous customer concerns
