About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our team at BANSAL LOGISTICS INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our logistics operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, with the potential to expand to 5-10 people, and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and recommend measures to improve work methods.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Willing to relocate and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
