Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our team at VCUBE LOGISTICS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our courier service, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of packages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize mail processing
  • Organize and manage the flow of incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays
  • Supervise a team of 1-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on mail processing, delivery times, and any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
  • Manage the operations of package handling, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching packages
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work 35-40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
