About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Courier Service Supervisor at VCUBE LOGISTICS LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient plans to prioritize tasks and optimize mail processing.
  • Organize and manage the flow of incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Supervise postal activities, including the coordination and review of work, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and productivity gains.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal operations.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a strong background in logistics and mail processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Working Conditions
  • 35-40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
  • English language proficiency, with a strong understanding of business operations and logistics.
