We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Service Supervisor to join our team at VCUBE LOGISTICS LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient plans to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize and manage the process of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other logistics-related tasks.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of postal staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports on operations, productivity, and quality control.
  • Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
