About the Role
Aritzia is seeking a highly skilled Data & Analytics Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Data & Analytics Department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Advanced Analytics capabilities to support Aritzia's Digital division, with a focus on Digital Paid Media and Performance Marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive data-informed decisions and support corporate objectives.
- Design and implement Advanced Analytics use cases to address business challenges, including incrementality testing, customer lifetime value, attribution modeling, and causal impact.
- Develop and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders, including descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Data Analysts, elevating the analytics acumen of the team and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in interpreting and analyzing data using advanced statistical techniques and tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Python/R, BigQuery/BigQuery ML, and Google Co-Lab (Notebooks).
- Background in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, and/or eCommerce is preferred.
- Strong technical leadership and mentorship skills, with experience in providing training and documentation to Data Analysts.
- Commitment to learning, applying, and championing Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- Ability to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners to drive operational efficiency, continuous growth, and shared business outcomes.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to set clear objectives and champion data-informed decisions.

- Competitive salary range of $120,000 – 170,000 CAD per year, with potential for bonus.
