Job Summary:

We are seeking an operationally motivated Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic, growing organization in the specialized industrial engineering and manufacturing sector. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our management's ability to communicate, grow, and maximize our employees' potential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize HR Operations: Manage data input/accuracy for all employee life cycle processes and systems, including recruitment, integration, relocations, transfers, and separations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide best-practice HR services.
  • Evolve Performance Management: Coach and guide managers to improve their leadership skills and foster a performance-driven culture.
  • Support Business Needs: Develop our employees both personally and professionally to meet current and future business demands.
  • Strategic Growth Contribution: Play a strategic role in the company's growth and success.
  • Enhance Retention and Engagement: Help employees build sustainable careers and increase overall retention and engagement.
  • Streamline HR Operations: Standardize HR operations across multiple facilities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of human resources, recruitment, and/or department management experience in a related industry
  • Experience with HRIS, notably SuccessFactors
  • Knowledge of psychometrics and payroll
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French; Spanish is a plus
