Job Title: Service Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Consultant to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a spokesperson for our organization, providing information and support to clients.
  • Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies.
  • Answer written and oral inquiries, addressing customer complaints and concerns.
  • Arrange for billing and refunds, explaining services and costs to clients.
  • Maintain records and statistics, performing general office duties.
  • Receive and log complaints, receive payments, and sell merchandise.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
  • Heavy equipment operation, transportation, and trucking company experience.
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, and WordPress skills.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Attention to detail, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
