Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Consultant to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a spokesperson for our organization, providing information and support to clients
  • Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies
  • Answer written and oral inquiries, addressing customer complaints and concerns
  • Arrange for billing and refunds, explaining services and costs to clients
  • Maintain records and statistics, performing general office duties
  • Receive and log complaints, receive payments, and sell merchandise
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Heavy equipment operation, transportation, and trucking company experience
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, and WordPress skills
  • Attention to detail, tight deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Hand-eye co-ordination, repetitive tasks, and standing for extended periods
