Job Title: Service Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Consultant to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a spokesperson for our organization, providing information and support to clients.
  • Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to meet their business needs.
  • Answer written and oral inquiries, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Perform general office duties, including receiving and logging complaints, and receiving payments.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
