Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
    • Train and develop our staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent service.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of food stock, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and other relevant data.
    • Assist with the preparation of food order summaries for our chef.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
Working Conditions

    • 40 hours per week.
