Position Overview

The Audiologist operates as a key member of the Rehabilitation Team, responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating hearing services for diverse populations. This role requires independence, strong organizational skills, and excellent English language proficiency.

Experience and Education

  • Prior experience in Audiology is preferred, with a Master's Degree from an accredited institution and active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba.
  • Membership in Speech-Language and Audiology Canada is also required.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong ability to assess, identify, and treat clients with varying ages and diagnoses.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work under stress and time constraints, maintaining good physical and mental health.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Comprehensive benefits, including immunization requirements, are also provided.
