District Sales Associate

About the Role:
Mackenzie Investments is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented District Sales Associate to provide administrative support to our sales teams. As a key member of our Distribution Department, you will be responsible for territory operational support, including calendar management, expense and budget management, events planning, and maintaining our CRM database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to sales teams, including territory calendar management and expense and budget management
- Create and implement business plans in collaboration with the District Vice-President and Business Development Manager
- Facilitate weekly team meetings and ensure efficiency and consistency of territory management
- Discover and explore new business opportunities through proactive sales calls with existing investment advisors and strengthen internal and external client relationships
- Adhere to internal compliance regulations and sales practices under NI 81-105
Requirements:
- Bilingualism (English and Cantonese or Mandarin) is a mandatory requirement for this role
- Post-secondary qualification or equivalent industry experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well with multiple priorities and independently in a team environment
