The Project Coordinator, Virtual Construction will be an integral part of our construction team, supporting multiple builds, and ensuring our customers are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 2-5-10 warranty issues for our Clients;
  • Organize and coordinate simultaneous ongoing projects and provide insightful reporting back to the business;
  • Work with our project teams to gather information, get trade support and provide feedback as needed.
Requirements
  • Five to seven (5-7) years of experience as a Project Manager or working in construction;
  • Experience with residential construction: familiar with general contractors, stratas, developers, trades;
  • Certificate, diploma or degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or a related field;
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and adapt to conflicting needs;
  • Strong relationship and network of sub-trades in the Lower Mainland;
  • Experience with contract management, warranties and insurance an asset.
