MOMOS & MORE INC. is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our culinary team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to oversee the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
  1. Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and cater to diverse tastes.
  2. Chef Management: Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional results, focusing on teamwork, safety, and efficiency.
  3. Kitchen Operations: Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food storage, and sanitation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  4. Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet our high standards of taste, presentation, and quality, making adjustments as needed.
  5. Supply Chain: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery of fresh ingredients.
Requirements
  1. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a senior chef role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  3. Skills: Excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.
  4. Certifications: Food safety certifications, such as HACCP, and knowledge of local health codes.
