Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mobil Gas Bar. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that we are meeting customer demand.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise with customer returns.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that our sales floor is properly staffed at all times.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to our customers.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Our retail store is a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to stand for long periods of time, walk, and lift merchandise as needed. You will also be required to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.
