Café Manager Job Description

At Monaco cafe, we are seeking a skilled Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing budgets, developing cost-effective strategies, and ensuring the smooth running of our café.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to optimize profits and maintain a competitive edge
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting and cost control measures
  • Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Monitor and evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English
