Senior Corporate Paralegal

Our client, a leading full-service law firm in Western Canada, is seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal to join their team in Langley. This role requires an individual who is organized, effective at multitasking, and detail-oriented with strong communication and people skills. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in a busy corporate practice, a Paralegal Certificate or Diploma from an accredited postsecondary institution, and a strong understanding of BC Online ALF, Outlook, and Word. The core responsibilities of the role will include drafting corporate legal documentation, conducting minute book reviews, preparing closing agendas, corresponding with lawyers and clients, mentoring and training Corporate Services staff members, and other administrative duties as required.
