About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Mountain Warehouse, you will be the key point of contact with our customers, providing exceptional customer service and creating a great shopping experience. You will be an important part of the store team, working days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility is required, but we are happy to work with you around school or another role.
Your Day Will Involve
- Providing customer service and creating a great shopping experience
- Replenishing the store and maintaining visual standards
- Learning and developing product knowledge
- Being a Brand Ambassador and promoting our products
About You
We are looking for someone with a passion for selling and talking to people, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude. You should have an eye for detail, excellent timekeeping, and great people skills. Language skills are an asset, particularly Cantonese or Mandarin.
