Configuration Management Specialist

The Identity Access Management Specialist (Okta) will provide technical administration and support for Onico Solutions' corporate Okta platform to ensure optimal performance in a secured manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical administration of the corporate Okta Platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Managing an incident queue for Okta-related issues and providing assistance to clients, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
- Proposing, developing, testing, and implementing Okta workflows to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
- Implementing and supporting technical integrations of single sign-on applications within Okta, ensuring secure and efficient access to company resources.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to administrative configurations, procedures, and modifications to the Okta environment, facilitating knowledge sharing and onboarding.
- Managing updates and changes following standard Change Management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Conducting research and assisting the Manager with recommendations for system improvements through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Assisting the Application Development team by performing application testing and application deployments, ensuring smooth integration with the Okta platform.
- Managing installations, patching, and monitoring of development, testing, and production application environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Managing incident queue to ensure that all tickets are promptly assigned to appropriate team members and are resolved in a timely manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Providing regular reporting to company stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Ensuring corporate data is secured in accordance with IT security policies, maintaining the highest levels of data protection and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience with system integrations to Okta, with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
- Identity Management/Access Management experience, with a focus on secure and efficient access control.
- Active Directory Knowledge, with the ability to integrate with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Previous experience with SAML and OpenID Connect Single Sign-On integrations, ensuring seamless authentication and authorization.
- Experience with BMC Remedyforce and Salesforce, with the ability to integrate with the Okta platform.
- Powershell and related scripting experience, with the ability to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
This is a permanent position with an annual salary range of $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 plus bonus, offering a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and development within Onico Solutions.
