Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at IKON Complete Inc. as a Microsoft Dynamics Platform Manager.

About the Role:

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for the administration, support, and ongoing maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics platform. This includes administering and managing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, staying updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices, and implementing them as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Administration: Responsible for the administration, support, and ongoing maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics platform.
  • Environment Management: Administer and manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Data Integrity and Security: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Additional Duties: Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and configuration.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification: Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred but not required.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal & written.
