Job Title: Digital Strategy Director

At Leo Burnett, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategy Director to lead our social media efforts and drive business growth through innovative content strategies.

About the Role

As a Digital Strategy Director, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that align with our clients' business objectives. You'll work closely with our creative teams to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audiences and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that drive business growth and engagement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create innovative content that meets business objectives
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored social media strategies
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform content decisions and optimize performance
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of experience in social media strategy and content creation
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
