- Bachelor's Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience in defence/security work or technical training.
- Documented experience in project and operations management or relevant sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills with good judgment, diplomacy, communication, time management, and patience.
- Proven leadership abilities in organizing and executing operational activities, including building industry teams and assessing win probability to develop business opportunities.
- Developed social skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to develop team member competencies, perform goal setting, provide performance feedback, and support self-development activities.
- Extensive understanding of standard business processes and the local business environment in assigned markets.
- Maintain product knowledge in technical base specifications and commercial aspects to perform the duties of Site Manager for the Halifax office.
- Well-developed written and presentation skills in English; proficiency in an additional language is preferred, though not essential.
- Eligibility to meet requirements for Canadian government security clearances and Canadian controlled goods assessment.
