Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Applications Architect Lead to join our Sales Performance Management (SPM) Application team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and developing sales model templates using Anaplan, adhering to industry best practices and ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop sales model templates, including Sales Planning, Capacity Planning, and others, using Anaplan and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operational Excellence Group (OEG) team to optimize Anaplan models for superior performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, partners, customers, and professional services teams to ensure seamless integration, alignment, and successful implementation of Anaplan solutions.
  • Assume various roles within the project, including working with the product owner to refine requirements, drafting comprehensive test scripts, constructing models, documenting processes, and facilitating enablement sessions.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable years of experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect, with implementations and model-building experience.
  • Domain knowledge in sales performance management (SPM) is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Dynamics 365 (D365) is a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to influence a team towards project completion.
