Job Title: Vice President of Corporate TAX

CAE Inc is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Corporate TAX to lead our tax function and provide strategic guidance on tax planning, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tax efficient strategies to optimize the company's global tax position
  • Manage the interaction between Canadian and foreign operations and taxes
  • Provide timely advice on material tax matters, including tax aspects of corporate initiatives
  • Direct tax compliance activities domestically and globally
  • Establish and maintain tax accounting practices
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 15 years of tax experience with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Significant experience in Canadian, U.S., and International corporate tax
  • Experience with Canadian tax compliance in a global public company
  • Ability to identify innovative tax opportunities
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
