Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Team Manager to join our team at New Frontier Soccer Academy Ltd. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for leading our teams to success in competitive events and games.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily activities of the team, including practice sessions and travel arrangements;
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance;
  • Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events and games;
  • Analyze and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with coaches and other support staff to ensure seamless communication and execution;
  • Attend coaching clinics and workshops to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Level 3 Certificate in Coaching or equivalent experience;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address areas for improvement;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
