Job Overview
As a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide professional practical nursing services to patients in the Post Acute Neuro Surgical unit. Under the supervision of the Manager Health Services, your primary responsibilities will include providing independent nursing services, administering prescribed medical treatments, collaborating with the healthcare team, and participating in patient care coordination and discharge planning.

About the Role
This position requires recent experience in the applicable clinical area, preferably in a related field. You must be a graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing Education program and hold active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM). Certification in IV Therapy and IV Medication Administration is also required. Additionally, you must demonstrate knowledge of the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba Standards of Practice for Licensed Practical Nurses, Code of Ethics for Licensed Practical Nurses, and the Scope of practice as documented in the Licensed Practical Nurses Act.
