Salary

We offer an annual salary range of $41,420 to $55,910, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Bone Marrow Transplant team at Vancouver General Hospital. As a member of this dynamic team, you will provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing bone marrow transplants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care
  • Provide leadership through initiative and independence
  • Counsel and teach clients and their families
  • Maintain and advance own clinical competence
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Demonstrated ability in nursing practice related to designated client group
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement care plans
  • Demonstrated skill in clinical techniques and the use of applicable equipment and supplies
