Coughlin & Associates Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Pension Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of pension administration, including processing retirement and termination applications, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Process retirement and termination applications in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pension plan members
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Extract and interpret information from various technical sources to ensure accurate processing of pension applications
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, employers, and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with changes in pension legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve processes
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in a related field, such as Commerce, Business Administration, or Actuarial Math
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office administration procedures
- Sound knowledge of pension-related terminology and concepts
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
