Executive Director of Trade and Broadcasting Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Trade and Broadcasting Services to join our team at La Quinta Inn & Suites. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs, as well as coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word skills
- Experience in a similar role in the trade and broadcasting industry
