We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Director of Trade and Broadcasting Services at La Quinta Inn & Suites. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in organizational development, strategic planning, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve strategic objectives.
- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows skills.
- Excellent initiative and flexibility.
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work language is English. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
