About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at La Quinta Inn & Suites. As an Executive Vice President - Trade, Broadcasting and Other Services, you will be responsible for leading our trade, broadcasting, and other services initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our trade, broadcasting, and other services teams, ensuring alignment with our company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and goal achievement.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, attention to detail, and flexibility.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organized, team player, and initiative.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a permanent employment status, working 35 to 40 hours per week, and proficiency in English.
