Program Director Role

Cultivate strategic programs with high operational and conceptual complexity, leveraging analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of the line of business and organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large complex teams, including Project Managers, Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
  • Design, direct, implement, and disseminate objectives and operational strategies.
  • Create and manage program budgets.
  • Develop and monitor evaluation toolkits and indicators to measure program performance.
  • Ensure project operations align with regulatory guidelines and internal processes.
  • Develop innovative work systems and processes to simplify program operations.
  • Provide insightful reports for top management.

Requirements

  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in delivering large-scale programs.
  • Experience managing programs with over 60 contributors.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Experience working in a large organization with a complex structure and high visibility.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
