Job Title: Director Digital Transformation

Division: Digital

Location: Baie D'Urfe, QC

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30AM – 5:30PM

RPMGlobal is a leading distributor of consumer electronic goods, pro-audio equipment, and musical instruments. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and are seeking a skilled Director Digital Transformation to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end Digital transformation projects, evaluating current state, identifying opportunities, and creating transformation business cases, including supporting technologies.
  2. Oversight of the Global End to End Supply Chain Processes and champion the process to define the future state goals, strategy, and roadmap.
  3. Lead and Project Manage cross-functional stakeholders to achieve objectives in delivering new technology and flow processes.
  4. Lead and influence cross-functional partners to problem solve, achieve objectives, and timelines.
  5. Lead a team of project managers, data analysts, and industrial engineers on continuous process improvement transformation.
  6. Plan and execute change management and training of key supply chain initiatives.
  7. Establish global experts for best practices and execution.
  8. Through research, continuously educate stakeholders and teams on new technology, trends, and innovation within the operations and supply chain field.
  9. Help drive operational excellence by supporting the design and creation of data visualizations.
  10. Empower the team and drive innovation, accuracy, and consistency into supply chain reporting.

Competencies:

  1. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communication platforms to ensure on-time value-added solutions.
  2. Broad understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain tools and processes.
  3. Digital dexterity and experience with Demand planning and Procurement tools, WMS, TMS, LMS, WCS, ERP systems.
  4. Knowledge of BI and RPA technology.
  5. Experience with leading transformative initiatives.
  6. Hands-on business leader that can clearly and concisely communicate to a group with various levels of supply chain knowledge.
  7. Passion for creating an industry-leading supply chain through the deployment of technology, process design, and people development.
  8. Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  9. Project and change management to handle multiple projects (small and large) with conflicting priorities and deliver projects on time with excellence.
