Job Title: Digital Transformation Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Program Director to lead our organization's digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes and engaging stakeholders to effectively manage teams and help the organization meet its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large complex teams comprising of Project Managers, Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, etc.
  • Design, direct, implement, and disseminate objectives and operational strategies
  • Create and manage program budgets
  • Develop, process, and monitor evaluation toolkits and indicators to measure program performance
  • Ensure project operations are consistent with regulatory guidelines and internal processes
  • Develop innovative work systems and processes to simplify operations of current programs
  • Develop insightful reports for top management
Requirements:
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in delivering end-to-end multiple large-scale multi-year programs
  • Experience managing programs with an organization of more than 60 contributors
  • Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Experience working for a large organization with a complex structure with high visibility
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including business teams
  • Prior group or life insurance industry experience is a nice to have
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
