Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis and Process Mapping
Collect and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement. Map and document processes to identify opportunities for optimization.
Process Improvement and ImplementationIndependently identify process gaps and recommend improvements. Develop and implement process improvement plans to drive value for our customers.
Project Management and CollaborationManage and complete continuous improvement and steady-state engineering projects to achieve tangible improvements in key business metrics. Collaborate with operations management and other stakeholders to drive process improvements.
Technical Skills and KnowledgeDevelop competency in a wide range of engineering methods, lean tools, and quality standards. Apply engineering methodologies and tools to improve distribution and/or transportation operations.
Communication and ReportingProvide regular reports of data and actions to measure progress against site objectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive process improvements.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing.
Skills and KnowledgeMicrosoft Office Suite skills, with emphasis on Access, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of data visualization tools and database programming. Basic knowledge of lean/TPS core tools and processes.
