Job Summary
Woodbridge is a leading manufacturer of innovative material technologies, and we are seeking a skilled Process Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our manufacturing locations, driving process improvements, and developing new formulations and methods to meet production specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve process equipment problems and address production concerns
- Plan and execute experiments to optimize raw material usage and minimize waste
- Participate in health and safety and quality audit processes
- Write and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other technical documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- One to two years' experience in an engineering role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and good verbal and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SPC, automotive quality standards, statistical experiments, and other relevant technical skills
