About the Role

CIBC is seeking a skilled Mortgage Renewals Specialist to join our Mortgage Contact Centre team. As a key point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for answering routine mortgage inquiries and providing expert advice on mortgage procedures and policies.

You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their goals. Your strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
