BrightPath Kids Canada is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Centre Director to join our team at our Airdrie, AB location. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in the overall operation of the centre, including staff recruitment and development, policy management, and ensuring compliance with provincial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Centre Director in managing the centre's day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, child safety, and environmental health and hygiene.
• Ensure that all staff members understand their roles and responsibilities within the centre.
• Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, accounts payable, and general communications.
• Implement and ensure completion of training for all staff members.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child's progress.

• CPR/First Aid Certificate
