Job Title: Child Care Centre Cook

At BrightPath Kids Canada, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Child Care Centre Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in providing nutritious meals for the children in our care.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and snacks, adhering to Public Health requirements and dietary restrictions.
  • Ensure a safe and sanitized kitchen environment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional service and support to our children and families.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in food handling and child care.
Requirements:
  • Food Handling Certification
  • Meet province requirements for childcare employment
  • Current Standard First Aid and Infant Child CPR
  • Effective time management skills
  • Experience cooking for large groups an asset
