We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza #284. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
