Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 11-20 employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent performance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
