Job Description for Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, carrying out administrative activities, and overseeing office administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Carry out administrative activities, such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including managing supplies and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and other documents using MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Ensure excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English language.
