The successful candidate will be part of a team of experienced Anesthesiologists serving the Cape Breton Regional Municipality and surrounding communities. The hospital provides a comprehensive range of medical services, and the Anesthesiology department is equipped to deliver specialized care.
Responsibilities- Provide full scope of practice as an Anesthesiologist, delivering care to patients within the Eastern Zone and participating in call.
- Be responsible to the Zone Department Head of Anesthesia for professional responsibilities and quality of practice, operating within the Medical Staff Bylaws of the Nova Scotia Health Authority.
- Eligible for certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC).
- Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS).
- Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) membership.
