We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Dean Cartage Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
