About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Anytime Fitness Waterdown. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence
* Maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping
* Coordinate office services, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance
* Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
