Air Compensation Professional

At StandardAero, we're seeking a skilled Air Compensation Professional to drive the success of our compensation programs. This role will lead and manage complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in integrating acquisitions and have a deep understanding of compensation systems. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Global Compensation, this role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Compensation Projects: Drive the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs and initiatives.
- International Expertise: Apply knowledge of international compensation practices to develop and oversee compensation strategies across multiple countries.
- Integration of Acquisitions: Manage the integration of compensation programs for newly acquired companies.
This position offers a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
