Overview:

As a Global Compensation Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's compensation programs, ensuring alignment with global standards and organizational goals.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the competitive salary, employees enjoy comprehensive healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a pension plan with 100% matching up to 5% vesting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Compensation Strategies: Design and implement effective compensation programs, taking into account international best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • International Expertise: Apply knowledge of global compensation trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness across multiple regions.
  • Integration of Acquisitions: Manage the integration of compensation programs for newly acquired companies, aligning them with existing structures and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis, including benchmarking, pay equity studies, and compensation trend analysis, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR business partners, finance, and other stakeholders to address compensation-related queries and provide guidance on compensation matters.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compensation practices are in compliance with local, national, and international regulations, staying updated on compensation trends and recommending best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation analysis, with a strong background in international compensation and acquisition integration.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading compensation projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  • System Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of compensation management systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively to various audiences.
