Flight Operations Manager

Calm Air International is a regional airline serving the Northern part of Central Canada. We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organized individual to join our team as a Flight Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, including completing inspections and maintaining clear communication with flight crew and grounds staff.

  • Conduct flights with strict adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures, Canadian Aviation Regulations, Aircraft Flight Manual, and the Company Operations Manual
  • Pre-flight Calculations
  • Operate Fleet Types: ATR 42 and ATR 72

The ideal candidate will have a Commercial Pilots License, Multi-IFR, Category One Medical, and a minimum of 5000 flight hours or 2000 hours PIC of 705 Category Aircraft. They will also have effective problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
